Our sales conditions refer to orders made under Tunisian law establishing the conditions for conducting activities related to the organization and sale of travel or accommodation. We have available to the buyer on request a copy of the relevant articles, which are also on our websites.
Registration for one of our tours implies full acceptance of our terms of sale that the customer has previously consulted and all terms of the proposal. Any exception for the customer bring no innovation to these terms. The total or partial invalidity of any provision of the Terms shall not constitute revocation of their remaining provisions. Our conditions are attached to applications for registration, the invoices are available on our websites. Their text can also be obtained upon request to the company headquarters.
- VALIDITY OF THE OFFER:
Our offers are subject to availability at the time of registration. Our application form and our descriptions are valid prior information prior sale, whose terms will lapse if not signed within 24 hours of issuance.
Prices: Our prices are expressed in Euro and Tunisian Dinars per person based on the exchange rate prevailing on the date of the offer or issue. They should be checked at the time of registration. The journey times are given in days from Tunis to Tunis, including the day of departure (from the time of invitation to the airport) and arrived back at whatever the schedule, time transportation and the number of nights actually spent on site. The duration of ground services can be modified for reasons due to transport or force majeure without giving rise to compensation or reimbursement.

The full board starts with dinner on the first night and ends with lunch on the last night.
Half board includes breakfast and one meal a day (usually dinner). Drinks are included only when specifically mentioned. These meals can be provided both during a flight by the carrier, during a trip to a local restaurant, a picnic or accommodation stage. Children under 2 years do not have adult beds in hotels. "Double share" rooms are offered subject to a person willing to share. If a single room supplement should be acquitted.
We reserve the right to revise our prices in the event of a significant increase in transport costs, fees, insurance, taxes and exchange rates between the time of registration and the check out. The revision would intervene by passing only the additional cost that we would have to bear.
It is possible that for a trip or stay the same, our participants may pay a different price. Customers who paid the normal rate shall in no event receive a retroactive refund.
ATTENTION, discounts can not be combined with any other promotional offer.
In case we would have to cancel the trip or stay, the customer will be offered a trip or stay at a comparable cost. If the client refuses it will be reimbursed for monies paid. If the cancellation is caused by circumstances of force majeure or due to passenger safety, the customer can not claim any compensation. If the cancellation is due to an insufficient number of participants no later than 21 calendar days prior to departure, the client is not entitled to any compensation. In some cases delivery can be maintained despite the lack of participants at an extra cost charged to the customer.
We agreed with the Tunisian insurance company "SECA" a No. ............ insurance against the financial consequences of our professional liability. We recommend our clients to take out additional insurance.
Any claims must be handled directly related to the companies concerned. We want to provide our customers request the full policy conditions.
Any claim relating to a trip or will be received as well as in the service provider concerned, not later than 30 days after the date originally scheduled for the end of the service, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. It is clear that any claim be made ??by fax, telephone, regular mail, email, or other means, is made ??out of time, is not made ??with the providers involved or if there is any, can be taken into account. In case of dispute the Courts of mednine are competent.
